The redeem process to convert xRDO to RDO utilizes proportional linear vesting, the duration of which is selected by the user.
To redeem: Go to https://www.rodeofinance.xyz/silos, show all Silos, click Redeem
** If the selected vesting duration is lower than the maximum ratio, the unclaimed excess RDO is burned or redistributed to xRDO stakers.

The initial iteration will utilize a decaying emissions rate with rewards distributed as 80:20 ratio of xRDO to RDO to encourage utilization and long term alignment of the protocol in the growth phase
Secondary iteration will introduce a dynamic flywheel to boost incentives and create more sustainable emissions
