Vision

Arising from the search for long term, sustainable, safe, high yields, the Rodeo team banded together and built Rodeo.

What we wanted in a protocol:

  • Decentralized: Leveraging DeFi / Open Finance to its fullest extent

  • Real yield: Earn positive returns without any newly issued token

  • Built for degens like us: Ability to take on additional risk to gain additional returns

  • Risk-mitigated: Build passive and managed strategies to let users hedge

  • Automated: Users can set and forget while still earning reasonable returns

  • Sustainable: Build something we enjoy working on and which will self sustain for the next 25 years

Within these constraints, we evaluated the current market offerings, where they were lacking, and how we could improve on them.
